Meet Adrian Ladd
An Australian teacher, trainer and IELTS coach with more than fifteen years helping students reach the band they need.
Adrian lectured on the TESOL Teacher Diploma from 2008 to 2017 and has coached IELTS candidates across Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Japan — including two years running his own TESOL training and tutoring centre in Bali. He has taught everyone from K–12 students to nursing staff, hospitality teams and business executives.
His approach blends language teaching with coaching psychology — scaffolding each student’s learning toward their own goals, with the maturity, empathy and cultural sensitivity that comes from teaching across a dozen countries.
